How to access your UT email through Gmail
  • Go to Gmail
  • Select "Settings" in upper right
  • Select "Accounts"
  • Under "Get mail from other accounts:"
  • Select "Add another mail account"
  • Provide your UT e-mail address, then your login info
    - The login is Ex. my login is ""
    - Use as the POP address, and use Port 995
  • Check the box next to "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail."

  • Under “Send mail as:
  • Select "Add Another e-mail address:"
  • Type in your UT e-mail address and the name it should display when sending.
  • Then select between:
    - Reply from the same address the message was sent to. (This will allow you to reply to e-mails with your UT address)
    - Reply from the same address the message was sent to. (This will send all e-mails from your gmail)

View your classes in Google Calendar
  • You can view them below, or click on the link in the lower right hand corner and add the classes to your own Google Calendar Account
    - Adding the calendar to your own Google Calendar account is highly recommended and has many benefits including:
    - You will be able to overlay multiple calendars and thus view them all at the same time in the same screen
    - You will be able to create and overlay your own personal calendars (this will allow you to keep track of events in the outside world as well)
